Venus is not just the goddess of love + pleasure, but a tantric Guru in her own right with the planetary system. In the Vedas her name means ‘brilliant light’. It is believed that the Atlanteans built their calendar from her movements, and this reverence was passed onto Ancient Egypt and the Mayan’s who continued to use her movements as part of their system of time. In fact, some of our oldest remaining myths are based on the movement of Venus from an evening to morning star (and back again).

In modern times Venus has been relegated to the planet of pleasure, money and relationships – and her spiritual importance has been forgotten. Venus is the planet which initiates us into devotion and allows us to experience the places we block this through egoic notions of our self-worth. She also works with us on an 8 year karmic cycle, which we will be sitting in as a part of this Sacred Circle

This year we come together to embody her through the Egyptian Myth of Isis and Nephthys...

The year she will be moving backwards in Libra, her sign, and the sign of divine destiny, cosmic balance and symbolised by the Scales. Last year, we stepped into circle and brought her myth to life as Inanna, this year we are going to step into circle and bring her myth to life as the story of Isis (the supreme protector or souls), Nephthys (her sister and Goddess of the night) and Osiris (he who is transformed). In this myth and its connection to the movement of Venus, witnessing the power of the feminine to transform the masculine, to retrieve, give life and create wholeness. Added to that the dual aspects of the feminine as the destroyer and the resurrector.

If you can’t make it live, recordings will be posted 1-2 hours after on a community dashboard. A Sacred Container to Embody the Goddess Mysteries

The Rebirth is a sacred container to work in embodied practice with Venus’ energy, her ancient mythology, to remember her teachings and share her wisdom with each other. Over 7 weeks we will bring her mythology to life, and work with her as she descends into the underworld (moves from evening star to meet with the Sun) and then ascends as the morning star (which represents our inner illumination). We’ll also be working with the asteroids she plays with like Parvati, and her lunar mansion in Vedic Astrology as well as Ancient Egyptian Decans. You'll also a receive a personal astrology workbook to accompany this journey so that you can help land this in your own astrology.
