CANCELLATION & NON REFUNDABLE POLICY FOR SERVICES:
Appointments missed with no notification and less than 24 hours notice are considered forfeit and will require another payment to book a new reading. If for some reason you are unable to make your confirmed appointment a minimum 24 hour advance notice is required. If you have to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice there will be a AU$60 fee to re-book a new session. Please email Pippa at hello@pippastrology.com
In the unusual event that Pippa is unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you will be re-booked as soon as possible, or provided a full refund if you prefer. All payments must be processed prior to scheduling an appointment.
By submitting payment you understand and agree that all payments/fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you have subscribed to Your-Astrology Personal subscription, Pippastrology does not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and you won’t be billed for the following month. Simply email Pippa Hello@pippastrology.com
Giftcards have a 12 month validity and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
