What Is Śani Jayanti?
The Most Auspicious Day to Honour Saturn
In the Vedic tradition, Śani Jayanti marks the birthday of Saturn — Śani Dev, the great teacher, the cosmic judge, and one of the most powerful forces in Jyotish astrology. Once a year, the veil between human effort and divine grace thins, and Saturn's blessings become more accessible to those who approach him with sincerity and reverence.
Saturn is not a planet to be feared. He is a planet to be understood. Where he moves in your chart, he is asking something of you and normally that is patience, discipline, accountability, and growth through challenge. Śani Jayanti is the ideal moment to meet him halfway: to offer your respect, to call upon his grace, and to consciously work with the energy he is activating in your life right now.
‘Saturn does not punish. He reveals and awakens us to our true nature’
This is a day held sacred across millennia of Vedic practice. Whether Saturn is currently transiting a sensitive point in your chart, running as a major or minor period (known as Mahadasha or Antardasha in Vedic Astrology), or simply a planet you have always felt deeply, Śani Jayanti is for you.
Inside the MANTRA + ASTROLOGY CIRCLE
What We Will Explore Together
Over 90 rich and immersive minutes, we will move through three sacred layers of Saturn's wisdom - his story, his presence in a natal chart, his mantra - so that you leave with not just understanding, but a living practice to carry forward.
The Vedic Myth of Śani Dev Explore Saturn's origin story from the Vedic and Puranic texts - his birth, his trials, his gifts, and the profound teachings embedded in his mythology which help us understand (through the eyes of the rishis) his true meaning.
Saturn's Influence in a Chart Understand how Śani operates in Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), what he means in a chart, his karmic themes during a transit or period as well as his natal gifts. (FYI this does not include a personal written reading or going into depths on the houses or signs).
The Śani Gayatri Mantra Receive and correctly recite the Gayatri Mantra dedicated to Saturn which is a powerful invocation to call upon his grace, dissolve obstruction, and align with his highest blessings.
You do not need a background in Vedic astrology or mantra to attend. This gathering is open to anyone who feels the call to work more consciously with Saturn's energy - whether you are navigating a Saturn Transit, Shani Dasha, or simply drawn to honour this profound cosmic force as part of your spiritual practice.

Is This For You
Called to Work with Saturn's Energy
This gathering is for those who are ready to meet Saturn with open eyes, not to bargain with his lessons, but to deepen into them to understand and realise his deeper promise of liberation. You may be in the middle of a Sade Sati, the seven-and-a-half-year passage of Saturn through your moon sign and its neighbours, you may be running a Saturn Mahadasha or Antardasha, or perhaps Saturn simply occupies a significant place in your chart like having Capricorn or Aquarius placements or Saturn sitting with your Sun, Moon or Ascendent. Maybe you have always felt his weight and wisdom in your bones.
Whatever brings you here, Śani Jayanti is an invitation. A moment to step out of resistance and into relationship with the planet that, more than any other, shapes the architecture of a meaningful life.
‘To honour Saturn is to honour the part of yourself that refuses to settle for anything less it’s realisation’
Come along with your chart, your questions, and an open heart. Leave with a practice, a prayer, and a clearer understanding of what Saturn is asking of you as well as what he is also offering.
Step into one of the most sacred days in the Vedic calendar and honour the planet that holds the keys to your karma, your discipline, and your deepest becoming.
