STARTING A NEW CYCLE WITH THE INTELLECT
Gemini rules the mind and it's mercurial nature. It's ability to grasp new concepts, to change it's opinions when presented with new information (+ sometimes not) and it's deepest longing to understand the world that it projects (and can, ironically, therefore never be understood at it's level of consciousness). This New Moon is focused on this centre of the human experience - the mind. GEMINI ENERGY MOVES AT LIGHTENING SPEED
Gemini is perhaps one of the quickest signs in the Zodiac. It can jump from idea-to-idea, and processes the external world without emotion but rather in the language of logic + knowlege. This is a New Moon that wants to be stimulated by the world, by new concepts and ideas that challenge it to change it's opinions (which it actually doesn't want to be fixed...in the world of Gemini fixed = boring). You can find yourself wanting to take it all in with this Moon, but be careful as this is not an energy that is particularly discerning. As well as the intellect, Gemini rules the voice. This is particularly strong as this New Moon will be with Mercury (the ruler of Gemini). This is an energy that loves to talk but not in a way that is about passing judgement but rather in a manner that spreads information (as well as receives it). Just like the wind moves leaves on a tree to a new location, this Moon holds a similar energy with the ability to bring you important news, messages from other realms (yes, Gemini can traverse all worlds) as well as the ability to 'see' what is happening in the world around you with new eyes. You can find that this is a Moon that see you changing opinions about something you held dearly, finally speaking up on something you have been withholding from and even listening to the universe as it delivers you something important you need to hear or heed over the coming 6 months.
